Athlete Application Form

Welcome to the Sharni Layton Sports Academy – Netball Program Athlete Application Form. All applications will be assessed as per our selection policy and in accordance with selection criteria.

INVESTMENT*:
Emerging Squad (12-14 years) : $1,000 per participant

Performance Squad (15-17 years) : $1,300 per participant

*Please note that payment wont be required until after being accepted into the academy.
